The Short Version
All payments are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

No Refunds on Subscription Payments
Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
We offer a 30-day free trial so you can fully experience the platform before committing to a paid plan. We encourage you to use the trial period to evaluate whether Trayn is the right fit for your practice.

Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app under Billing settings.
When you cancel:
- Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date
- You retain full access to the platform until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refund is issued for unused days
If you pay via UPI Autopay or a saved card mandate, cancelling immediately stops all future automatic charges — no further payment will be deducted, even though your platform access continues until the end of your current billing period as described above.

Exceptions
We will consider refund requests only in the following cases:
- You were charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error
- Your account was activated after a significant delay on our end (more than 7 days after payment)
To request an exception, email us at akhil@gettrayn.com within 7 days of the charge with your registered email and payment details.
Refund exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Trayn reserves the right to decline any refund request outside the conditions above.

Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are charged upfront for the full year and are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual plan, you retain access until the end of the 12-month period.
We recommend starting with a monthly plan if you are unsure about committing to a full year.

Account Deletion
If you delete your account, your subscription is cancelled immediately and all data is permanently deleted. No refund is issued for the remaining billing period.
You can delete your account from within the app or by following the instructions at gettrayn.com/delete-account.
