Delete from the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the Trayn app.
Open Trayn
Log in to your account at app.gettrayn.com or in the Trayn mobile app.
Go to Profile
Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Scroll to Account Settings
Scroll down to find the Account section at the bottom of your profile page.
Tap Delete Account
Tap "Delete Account" and confirm. For trainers, type "DELETE" to confirm. Your account and all data will be permanently removed within 24 hours.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed within 24 hours:
— Your profile information (name, email, phone, avatar)
— All workout logs and assigned plans
— All diet logs and assigned plans
— All progress photos and form check videos
— All session history and scheduling data
— All messages and chat history
— All client relationships (trainers) or trainer relationship (clients)
Payment records may be retained as required by Indian tax and financial regulations. All other personal data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Request deletion by email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us directly. Include your registered email address in the request. We will process the deletion within 30 days.
